Multiple teams were using disconnected tools and dashboards, leading to context switching, duplicated work, and reduced productivity. There was no centralized place to access critical business tools and information.
The Solution
Developed a unified platform with role-based access control, comprehensive audit logging, and a modular architecture that allows teams to easily integrate new features. Implemented a design system to ensure consistency across all integrated tools.
